I'd be the last to defend the mainstream media, but just because it appeared on FOX News doesn't mean it's not true. If you are unsure if something is true or not it's best to try and verify it through another source. Since you were too lazy to do so, I found another for you: Weather Channel Founder Sues Al Gore

Amazingly enough fear mongering about global warming and then profiting from carbon credits (while living in a mansion yourself) DOES make you dishonest and DOES make you libel for a lawsuit. Yes it is true, the founder of the Weather Channel did sue Al Gore. In fact, the court found 7 inaccuracies with his film: An Inconvenient Ruling
